Donite Plastics diversifies its innovation

Donite Plastics based in Saintfield Co. Down manufacture custom made plastic products for B2B selling.

Co-Innovate helped Donite to innovate through a new management structure, which increased both capacity, and the opportunity for ideation and product development.

The process took Donite from technical Innovation, something they typically practiced through design and building products, and improved their business model, something they hadn’t previously considered,

Since moving to new premises on Station Road in Saintfield last year the company has seen both its turnover and staff numbers double through this innovative new approach.
